Who can take part in this study?
This study is designed for those who have a Stage 3 or 4 cancer diagnosis and experience anxiety or depression.
You must be at least 25 years old and be proficient in speaking and reading English. Our study medical team will help determine if you meet the criteria for inclusion in this study.
You will not be eligible to participate in this study if you:

Do not have a stage 3 or 4 cancer.

Are already participating in a clinical trial or anti-cancer treatment.

Experience severe limitations in physical mobility, to the extent that you may not feel well enough to attend weekly sessions.

Are feeling suicidal.
